If 48 hours have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can no longer offer an exchange, store credit, or return. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return items under the terms detailed below.
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF:
• The item has been used and is not in the same condition as when it was shipped.
• It is not in its original packaging.
• We do not accept earrings for return due to Department of Health regulations.
• We do not accept returns on items labeled as FASHION JEWELRY – these are final sale.
• Discounted or sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged, credited, or returned.
• WE DO NOT OFFER CASH REFUNDS – we can issue store credit for the same amount paid for the item.
• The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
• More than 48 hours have passed since delivery.
• We cannot refund original shipping or return shipping fees. The customer is fully responsible for all shipping costs.
• You must provide proof of purchase and order number.
