We ship from Monday to Friday. Shipments to Puerto Rico typically take between 2 to 5 business days, while shipments to the United States take between 3 to 5 business days. Ayla Creations by Liz is not responsible if an order is lost due to an incorrect shipping address entered at the time of purchase.
We understand how frustrating it can be to receive a damaged, lost, or stolen order. However, it’s important to clarify that Ayla Creations by Liz is not responsible for any order once it has been handed over to the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Once the package is picked up by USPS, it is their responsibility to safely deliver it to the customer. If a package is marked as delivered in the USPS system but is not received at the shipping address provided at checkout, the customer must contact USPS directly to file a claim. Ayla Creations by Liz is not responsible for any package that is damaged, lost, or stolen after leaving our facility. If a package is returned to our store, the customer must cover the reshipping costs.
Shipping rates to Puerto Rico are $7 and to the United States are $8. These rates may vary depending on the number of items, weight, and size of the order.
